Amanda & Colin’s Sunny El Chorro Wedding

Glowing.

The best word I can use to describe the quite moments in the evening just after Amanda and Colin said their wedding vows. Everything was glowing. Their smiles, her veil in the breeze, the leaves, her soft curls, the sunset; all an illumination of golden euphoria. They had been married for a matter of minutes, and they relished in the elated shock of what that meant as they huddled together on the brick path. The trees seemed to form a natural tunnel of greens and yellows as they walked hand-in-hand. Husband and wife. There was no greater feeling than that glow.

Amanda and Colin’s wedding day was beautiful in so many ways…from the people who surrounded them to the romantic florals and incredible weather, I never wanted it to end! I absolutely loved every detail and I feel so blessed to have been a part of this incredible journey with them. The whole day I kept reminding them to “take it in, because it goes so fast”, and I feel so blessed to have been able to freeze those fleeting moments. Amanda and Colin, as you know, time flies and these wonderful memories grow further away in the past, so live every day with the same intent as you did on your wedding day. To take in the good. Those sweet times in your lives are the ones that will always stick, and they will never fail to make you smile when looking back. Congratulations to you both, I can’t wait to see what your future holds! Just remember, don’t blink!
