Carly & Kyle’s Royal Palms Engagement

He had always done the most romantic things for her, so this time, she didn’t think twice about it. They were staying at the beautiful Royal Palms Resort for a sweet staycation, enjoying a day of couples’ massages and champagne, and she was blissfully unaware of how much her life would change within the next few hours. As they walked to dinner in front of a beautiful fireplace in the courtyard, they were surrounded by rose petals and candlelight, and of course, love. It was a gorgeous Arizona winter evening, and they were wrapped in a small slice of paradise, enjoying each other and this escape from reality. He couldn’t wait any longer, his heart thumping in his chest as they prepared to eat, and he got down on one knee as her hands covered her mouth in excitement. He took out the most beautiful engagement ring, with a center stone that belonged to his great-grandmother, and slid it on her finger. It was pure magic, and just the beginning to a dazzling new chapter in their lives.

Carly and Kyle are two of the sweetest, most beautiful souls and I’m so excited for their Winter wedding! We had the best time exploring through the stunning nooks of the the resort, every corner looking like a Tuscan sliver of paradise. With bright bougainvillea flowers and golden light, it was the perfect way to capture their love. We shot in front of the lemon-tiled fireplace where he proposed, and they sat in the same spot where their lives changed forever. It was nothing short of dreamy! We even recreated a prom pose, and we laughed as he held her tight and kissed her cheek. I couldn’t be more elated for this genuine couple, and I know they will live happily ever after, and then some. Here’s to many more champagne pours near the fire and candlelit dinners, and many more days like this one in their future!
