There are some who bring a light so great to the world, that even after they have gone, their light remains.
The two candles flickered in the breeze, dancing as if they were elated for Larissa and Travis on their big day. Each candle glowed in front of a picture; one picture of a family member, the other a friend, both on the other side of Heaven. The photos stood as a backdrop behind the couple’s ceremony, and their loved ones felt so close to them up there with the rest of their wedding party and family, smiling as they made their vows. The ceremony was so beautiful, the sun beaming through the trees, its warmth hugging everyone it touched, like an embrace from beyond the heavenly veil. It surely foreshadowed a blessed marriage, and sweet days to follow, and it was breathtaking to witness.
Larissa and Travis were my first couple to get married in 2022, and I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing experience, riding the wave of excitement with these two their entire day! What an unbelievable privilege! They are SO kind, and even better together than apart. They simply could not stop smiling, and through the occasional tear, they breathed in their wedding day together as it danced by before their eyes. Larissa and Travis, I’m so very happy you found each other, and now you have forever to look forward to! May your love burn brighter with each passing year, and never forget how you felt on this day that flew by as quickly as the flicker of a candle…
