Two people. Two Years. Two Reschedules. Two houses. It’s amazing how much change can happen in such a short amount of time. What’s even more incredible is how adaptive Natalie and Cory have been through every bump in the road during the pandemic. Every time they were told “No,” and every uncertainty that was laid in their path solidified that their beautiful relationship would withstand what most couples don’t experience until many years in their marriage: Big, scary changes. So as you can imagine, after they had to reschedule their wedding twice, then bouncing between three different venues, this day was welcomed with open arms! And what a celebration it was! Let’s rewind through their day and relive my favorite part…
They had said their “I Do’s” just minutes ago, and they were finally husband and wife! We found the perfect little patch of desert with green Agave and Prickly Pears surrounding them as the sun began to dip behind Camelback Mountain. Natalie had one request for her day: A desert backdrop. They live in California, so this was something that they weren’t used to having surround them, and they were beaming. The glow of the Arizona sunset radiated through Natalie’s red hair, her white veil contrasting with an illumination that made her look like an actual angel! Cory looked so handsome in his classic suit, his eyes lighting up with every glance at his bride. The yellow Spring flowers peppered the the backdrop, and in that moment I felt so incredibly lucky to witness such beauty and such an undeniable love. These two are simply meant to be, and it shows with every kiss and embrace between them. And if that wasn’t enough, their wedding day was absolutely stunning! Peachy neutrals and classic greenery surrounded by champagne and flickering candles? Yes please! Modern Grace Events knocked this one out of the park, even including their sweet puppy into the decor. It was perfect. Natalie and Cory, it’s been a wild, amazing ride, and I couldn’t be happier for you both. You will always have my heart, from your San Francisco engagement session to your gorgeous wedding, I feel so blessed to know you and capture these moments. You did it!
