Monica & Austin’s Sky Blue Spring Wedding

He had been dreaming of this moment, ever since he first saw her wrapped in that little blanket at the hospital. She was the one who made him a father, and when she took her first breath, his life was changed forever, and for the better. He was there for so many ballet rehearsals, packing her tap shoes and tights in her bag, watching her grow through dance as the years passed. All the daddy-daughter shows, beaming as he saw her perform, so many dance competitions, homecoming assembly’s, and football games, watching his little girl twirl front and center. He stood up from his chair and reached his hand out to where she was sitting, taking her arm with the biggest smile on his face as they took to the center of the floor. This was the most important dance they would do together, through he could argue that every dance before held just as much meaning. It had been an incredible yet emotional day, from seeing her in her white dress for the first time, to walking her down the aisle. But this. This was their dance on her wedding day. And you better believe that it was breath-taking! Lawrence twirled Monica amidst the twinkling lights and smiling faces as her new husband watched, and it was a moment built up from him bouncing her to sleep in her nursery, so you can imagine the joy these two shared as they swayed. It was an unforgettable couple of minutes, and witnessing their bond left me smiling from ear to ear. Pure magic.

Austin and Monica’s wedding day was packed with so many small magic moments, and each one filled their day with so much love. Their vows took my breath away, and their golden sunset bridal portraits left me speechless. Not to mention their beautiful decor! I knew their colors would be beautiful because Monica is in the wedding industry, but my jaw was on the floor when I walked into their reception hall. Soft lilac’s and sky blues in flowing bridesmaid dresses and fluffy flowers epitomized the Spring season, and their guests were surrounded by glass centerpieces and delicate roses. Because there were so many dancers in the crowd, the dance floor was never empty, and it was packed with so much energy. These two were surrounded by so much love and joy, and it really was the perfect day. Austin & Monica, I felt so incredibly blessed to be able to capture this exciting time in your lives! I will never forget how dazzling your day was and your love will always be. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Crothers, you did it!!
