The twinkling lights reflected on the surface of the lake as everyone huddled close together. They held their lanterns up into the chilly night air with flames flickering below, patiently waiting for the right moment to send them into the dark sky. It was just hours after Mystique and Nick had said their vows, and the night had floated by on a cloud of champagne bubbles and sparkling stars. The song “I See the Light” from Tangled began to play over the water as the glow of the lanterns illuminated the sky, and the newlyweds held each other in awe that this was the finale to the most wonderful day of their lives. She laid her head on his chest, and just as it seemed that this moment couldn’t be any more breath-taking, the fireworks began to sprinkle the sky with gold pixie dust sparks. They then shared a kiss in a tunnel of sparkling lights with bubbles dancing around them. It was magic, and I couldn’t believe I was there to experience it!
As incredible as the ending of their wedding was, Mysti and Nick’s entire day was sprinkled with special details, and no stone was left unturned! From a bridal bounce house and a popcorn cart, to a jello shot beer burro and pastel pumpkins, there were so many fun touches everywhere you looked. Even their puppies made an appearance! And probably my favorite detail: Disney references everywhere! Mystique and Nick, I am so very happy for you, and I can’t believe how fast this day flew by. Your love is as beautiful as a fairy tale, and this is just the beginning. Congratulations you guys, thank you so much for allowing me to be part of your world 😉
