Amy & Jose’s Phoenician Rose Wedding

They helped their parents get ready, unaware of how special their presence was in those first minutes of this exciting day. Katie came into the room as her mom slid her feet into her shoes under the layers of her stunning white gown. Amy asked her little girl what she though of her dress, and she excitedly squealed, “I love it!” as she gave her mom the sweetest hug. I couldn’t believe I was lucky enough to witness such a beautiful moment between a mother and her only daughter. Meanwhile, Jose with his son and soon-to-be son, buttoned up their shirts and slid on their coats together. Javan helped his dad button his coat and tie his shoes, while they assisted Nathan into his vest as he ran to the patio to look at the pool. They may not have realized it then, but it was the only time the three boys would be alone on this amazing day, and it was a simple, yet remarkable memory in the making. The way these three sweet little ones loved on their parents and shared in their excitement was truly endearing to see!

Amy & Jose, your wedding was absolutely beautiful. Not only from the blush and ivory details, sparkling linens, and fluffy flowers, but because your love is so breath-taking. Everyone in your family was so excited to be there to witness the joining of your two families, and I loved having Javan taking “pictures” next to me! 😉 I will always cherish our portraits together, first in the glow of the cactus gardens, then surrounded by pink pops of bougainvilleas in the sunset! I’m so incredibly elated for you two, and I can’t wait to watch your family grow up together in this new chapter you’ve created in your lives.
